Roasted 'Tender Juicy' Balsamico Salad
Ingredients:
2 pieces Jumbo Purefoods Tender Juicy hotdogs (sliced 1/2")
2 cups Green Leafy Lettuce
1/4 cup Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup Tomatoes (sliced)
1/4 cup Croutons
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions:
Heat the two pieces Jumbo Purefoods Tender Juicy hotdogs for 3-5 minutes in an oven toaster (five minutes will do especially when the hotdogs came directly from the freezer). You could also fry them but then you'd have to use cooking oil or some similar oil to heat them in but if you're okay with that, go ahead. (You could also use other sausages in place of the hotdogs, just replace the name of whatever sausage you used instead of 'Tender Juicy').
While heating the hotdogs, you could prepare the other ingredients in a large bowl. You could do this which ever way you like since you'll toss it up anyway before eating it but this is the way I do it. I layer the bowl with the green leafies first and then top it off with the cucumber and tomato slices and then the croutons. (You may also add black olives and sliced green and red bell peppers but since I dont have that at the moment, these would do). Top it all off with the grated cheddar cheese (mozzarella would be better or cottage cheese even if you're not on a budget).
By this time we're done heating the hotdogs. Slice them in half-inch thick discs and put all those on top of the bowl. Just toss them all up and voila! Lunch is served. Enjoy it with your favorite drink and mine at the moment is C2 (Cool & Clean) Green Tea variant. (I apologize for that slight product placement :-D) Yummy! Now, I'm off to the mall...

I just love digital photography. I took over four hundred photos last night! Of course I'm not going to post them all here. These are just thumbnails. A hundred-and-something of them. If you would like to see the bigger photos, click here to visit my Multiply.com gallery.

Geek Porn... Drool.
Just recently, Sony Philippines launched their newest offering in the Hi-Fi and personal audio arena, the AZ-series and the latest Network Walkman music players.
Good looks are always a given with most Sony products and is a mandatory inclusion AZ-series Hi-Fi systems. Plays most online music formats like MP3 and Sony's proprietary ATRAC3+, CD audio, VCD, DVD, CD-R, CD-RW and (I like this one a lot...) DivX! Comes with a vertical CD slot loader and plays music directly from a USB flash memory disk or similar drive. (I like the girl in the picture a lot as well... )
The equally attractive cousins of the AZ-series in the family of music players are the new Network Walkman hard disk and flash players. Boasting about 40 to 70 hours of playing time and 256MB, 512MB and 20GB capacities.
Drool. Obvious bang Sony fan? :D

Dreaming...
Goddess
I'm on my way home but I just had to put this down before I go.
I had a grand dream this morning. I was a photographer and I was doing a coverage of Sarah McLachlan's concert tour. I say 'grand' because she's one of my musical goddesses. It wasn't a really long dream. Or it probably was and maybe most of it was gone in my waking state like what usually happens when waking up from a dream. Anyway, in the dream, I was using my old reliable digital SLR and one of the crew called me and said something about the flash of my camera getting into Ms. McLachlan's eyes. Now I wouldn't want my flash bothering my goddess. So the crewmember handed me this thing that did not look like a camera at all. It was as big as a Subway footlong sandwich, and it resembled those pencil cases I had when I was a kid with all the flip-out, pop-up compartments. Apparently, the device was a high-tech camera that didn't need any memory cards and transmits the photos you take directly into a computer (I am aware that there is one camera that's able to do just that, the Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II). Then I woke up. :D
Crush
We recently shot four women in the 'Pinoy Rock' scene forthe cover of the upcoming m|ph magazine. I should've said 'Pinoy music scene' 'cause it's a bit misleading since I don't really think M.Y.M.P. is a 'rock' band but rather an acoustic act. But these women ROCK! :) Lougee
Basabas of Mojofly, Hannah Romowac of sessiOnroad, Aia (I don't know her last name) of the band Imago, and Juris Fernandez of M.Y.M.P. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend the photoshoot due to some reason or another and my colleagues just left me to die of envy.
I'll be posting more of their photos in my multiply site soon. Goodnight!

Ang Bahay ni Pinoy Big Brother
Long time no post. I guess I'm currently preoccupied with my offline life, which isn't really a bad thing. Bear with me as I organize my thoughts, I'll put down as much as I can on my offline life soon. But for now I'd like to share some photos I took of the Pinoy Big Brother house.

More pictures here. Till next time... :D
